Sherlock once again played with his drug addiction to manipulate those around him, and got the desired results, showing how much of a pawn everyone is in his life. This is particularly true of
Season 4 is not bad, it's just more action and less deduction. Also, it's pacing is different, it's a lot quicker than the previous ones. Something that really bothered me is that they exagerated everything, from Mary's backstory to Moriarty's plan and the person involved in it.
Sherlock season 1 is nearly perfect, but season 2 is the strongest, featuring the return of Moriarty and exploring themes of friendship and betrayal. It culminates in a powerful and shocking season finale.
